ZTE’s sub-brand Nubia X will go official on October 31, confirmed its CEO. The official teaser from the Chinese smartphone maker confirms the release date along with stylized X. Apparently, Nubia has been one of the companies that has been experimenting with different form factors and device types this year, be it with the foldable smartphone/wristwatch hybrid at IFA.
The Nubia X smartphone boasts of the dual screen option that we’ve been seeing lately. It is powered by a Snapdragon 845 paired with 6GB of RAM, placing it squarely in the ranks of flagship devices. The device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is backed by 3,800mAh battery.
TENAA also confirms that Nubia X bears the model no Nubia Z18s. The Smartphone sports a 6.26” LCD panel (1,080 x 2,280px) sans selfie camera. But for selfies there is a practical solution in form of a 5.1” OLED (720 x 1,520px) display on the back.
